Workshop Molecular Interactions
Berlin, 23rd - 25th July 2008

Invitation

Over the past years methods and technology in functional genomics have developed rapidly. After mapping of the "most important" genomes the main focus in functional genomics today are questions about function, characteristics and interactions of genes and their products.

The application and development of modern technologies, which require a high degree of special knowledge, are especially in this research area of essential importance. The future of research in functional genomics is closely linked with the transfer of this Know-how. This concern is followed by the technology- and method-oriented

Workshop Molecular Interactions

from 23rd - 25th July 2008

at the Henry-Ford-Bau of the Freie Universität Berlin

The workshop invites young scientists, postgraduate students and postdocs, who are interested in an introduction into the latest techniques used in functional genomics. From the area of scientific basic research scientists with an international reputation in their field of research will give lectures about "Regulation and Modulation in Biosystems", but also talks about new developments from the commercial side will be part of the program.

This year we like to extend the workshop by a "Career Fair", to support young scientists to initiate contacts with potential entrepreneurs from institutions and industry.

We are very much looking forward to meeting you at the workshop "Molecular Interactions"!
